Twisted Windows Troupe

The Twisted Windows troupe is a collective of rope performers dedicated to elevating bondage performance as a form of movement art. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, it comprises some of the region's most talented and sought-after bondage artists, specializing in styles ranging from shibari to circus. Each member has been selected for expertise, passion, and dynamic stage presence to create performances that captivate and inspire. Whether you’re looking for an enchanting performance for a private event, an exhilarating show for a large audience, or intimate experiences to help your rope practice soar, we’ve got you covered.

In addition to performances, select members of our troupe offer private bondage instruction in the SF Bay Area and beyond. We work with all levels, from beginners looking to try rope for the first time to experienced practitioners seeking to refine their skills. With personalized coaching and a commitment to safety, we guide students through every stage of their rope journey.

Shay Tiziano

Shay Tiziano (she/her or they/them) is a dynamic bondage performer and renowned self-suspender known for her unique, intense rigs and tightly choreographed acrobatic sequences. They utilize Western-style, clean, flyer-driven rope. Her high-energy and flow-based acts have been featured at events including Seattle Erotic Art Festival, Folsom Street Fair, SF Pride, Gallery Erato, and Ropecraft. As a curator and show producer, Shay is especially passionate about showcasing rope performances that elevate the practice as a form of movement art, utilizing theme, connection, and narrative to create captivating and moving experiences.

Moxie

Moxie (she/her) is a rope and bondage enthusiast who enjoys performing in a style that highlights sensuality, restraint, and power. She often incorporates other elements of kink such as playful impact, leather and latex, and dynamic body movements which leads to a genuine showcase of partnered connection and mutual desire. Moxie has performed at high energy productions and in intimate settings for events hosted by VoxBody Studio, Folsom Street Fair, SF Pride, and Nuit des Cordes.

Mooooo

Mooooo (she/her) is a Shibari performer who enjoys adding a hint of mischief to her acts. The stage is her playground, where she takes delight in showcasing her favorite toy, the tying partner, in rope. With Shibari influence, her tying focuses on using rope to unveil the sensuality and emotions often concealed behind everyday facades. Her rope performances consistently highlight playfulness, dynamic transitions, and the connection between herself and her tying partner. She also finds joy as a rope bottom who appreciates being showcased and challenged.

Juliette (slab_me_harder)

Through rope, slab_me_harder (she/her) explores emotions, capabilities, and vulnerabilities. Her goal is to create mesmerizing and emotional rope scenes and performances that seek to subvert traditional rope norms and build space for queer and trans community in rope. She has performed at local, national, and international events including: Twisted Windows, San Francisco Pride, Folsom Street Fair, Dore Alley, VoxBody Studio, Nuit des Cordes, Nocturnal Events, and Seattle Erotic Arts Festival.

Ivy Limieux

Ivy Limieux is a sWitchy Sadistic VoxFox, joining the rope community in 2016. She has a passion for volunteer work and fetish parties, and loves the incredibly supportive network of kinksters, artists, and fetishists that rope has allowed her to connect with. She believes that rope is as fluid and adaptable as the people who choose to participate, and that every desire to learn should be met with the opportunity to do so.

Together, Lief & Icky have performed around the globe on some of the largest bondage stages the world has to offer. OtaKinbaku

Ota Kinbaku is a talented Shibari performer and photographer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Ota's captivating performances, shaped by training with Bakushi like Naka Akira, blend artistic expression with deep emotional connection. Performing at various events, Ota uses shibari to create powerful, immersive experiences that highlight Japanese rope bondage's beauty and spiritual essence.

Kit Dancehalldyke

Kit Dancehalldyke (she/they) is a switch who likes to play with power dynamics, emotional vulnerability, and darker themes from both sides of the rope. William Blake (he/they) is a nonbinary queer creature of art and fetish. He specializes in intricate rope sequences that tease out precious vulnerability in his partners while reveling in their suffering. Angel (he/him) is a self-suspender and rope switch who brings an extensive background in sailing, physics, and general creative shenanigans to his bondage practices. Dual Demons

Dual Demons are two non-binary, trauma-informed BDSM + kink educators and performers specializing in circus-style rope suspension and the development of Queer, anarchist spaces. Devon (they/them) and Cass (they/she) are two silly little chaos gremlins based in Santa Cruz, California. They fundamentally believe in the dichotomy of kink through finding Queer joy and silliness while simultaneously curating an intimate, sadomasochistic experience.

The Silence is widely regarded as the bondage photographer GOAT, capturing breathtaking moments with unmatched precision and artistry. His photos showcase the intensity and artistry of rope performances and scenes, revealing the raw emotion that defines bondage.
